Obituary of Debra Irene Jackson

The family of Debra Irene Jackson regrets to announce she passed away suddenly into God’s graces on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the age of 63. She was born to Willis and Irene Jackson in Mullins, SC.

Debra worked in media sales most of her life and most recently was employed with the media and marketing solutions company Gannet. She is survived by many loving individuals, including her son Brandon Jackson (Susan), her sister Joyce McIntyre, her sister Elaine, her brother M. Robert Jackson (Linda), and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Willis, her mother Irene, her brothers Jasper and William, her sister Carolyn, and her in-laws Fred and W.M.

The family will greet friends at a Celebration of Life outdoors at the Saluda Shoals Park Environmental Center 5605 Bush River Rd, Columbia SC 29212 from 2:00PM-4:00PM Sunday October 3, 2021. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the American Heart Association or a local animal rescue organization.
